Shipping and delivery policy
First: Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
1 to 5 business days for all cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Fridays and official holidays are not considered business days.
Second: Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the city and the shipping company. It usually takes:
1 to 5 business days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Delivery time may be affected by weather conditions, operational pressure, or inaccurate addresses. Illuvise is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company.
Third: Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
If the order is not received and is returned to the store, a SAR 50 reshipping and handling fee will be deducted.
Fourth: Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for:
Entering the correct address.
Entering the correct mobile number.
Responding to the shipping company when contacted.
Any delay or returned shipment caused by incorrect information is the customer’s responsibility, and reshipping fees will be deducted.
Fifth: Inspecting the Shipment Upon Delivery
The customer must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. If there is:
Visible damage.
A different product.
A missing item from the order.
The customer must report the issue within 24 hours only from the time of delivery and provide clear photos.
Any report submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Sixth: Shipping During Offers and Sales
Order processing times may be affected during:
Seasons.
Sales.
Special offers.
Illuvise reserves the right to extend the processing time without prior notice.
Seventh: Reshipping
If delivery fails due to:
No response from the customer.
Incorrect address.
Failure to collect the shipment from the branch.
The shipment will be returned to the store, and the customer will be responsible for:
SAR 50 reshipping fee.
New shipping fees when the order is sent again.
Eighth: Large or Multiple Orders
Large or multiple orders may be shipped in more than one shipment depending on product availability.
Ninth: Important Notes
Illuvise is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Illuvise is not responsible for the loss of the shipment after it has been delivered to the customer.
Any order handed over to the shipping company is considered “in progress” and cannot be canceled.
